Sunday's match between Switzerland v Lithuania in 2022 World Cup qualifying was delayed for a rather unusual reason.
The game was due to start aty 20:45 CEST, just like nine other matches. However, the start was delayed by almost 20 minutes due to a problem with one of the goals!
UEFA inspectors spotted that the goal was too big. It was 10 centimetres taller than the permitted size.
The groundstaff at Kybunpark in St Gallen, the venue for the encounter, went to get a replacement goal which was the right size.
