The Red Devils seek to tame the Atlas Lions

Belgium will meet Group F opponents Morocco at Al Thumama Stadium. After edging out Canada in their opening match, the Red Devils will now attempt to tame the Atlas Lions, who made Croatia fall to a goalless draw. After qualified with relative effortlessness, averaging over three goals per game in the process, Belgium started off their latest pursuit for an evasive major trophy on Wednesday evening, as they handled a nation who had not been attending the World Cup finals for nearly four decades.

With Croatia and Morocco playing out a goalless draw earlier, Belgium therefore stands at the top of their group ahead of Sunday's second game but will definitely need to step up their game by a notch when going against a more challenging rival. The Belgians have aspirations to enhance their third-place finish in 2018 but first, they must focus on a country they defeated 1-0 in the previous World Cup between the two, at USA '94.
