Thiago Silva may be on the verge of leaving Chelsea... just three months after renewing his current contract, extending it until the end of next season, according to the British newspaper The Telegraph.
This is because the Brazilian international will have the possibility of returning to Fluminense, the club he represented between 2006 and 2008, after being released from FC Porto, due to a diagnosis of tuberculosis.
The blues, for their part, have already made it known that they will not put any kind of obstacle to the eventual 'goodbye' of the 38-year-old player, as long as this is communicated, shortly, to the direction led by the American Todd Boehly.
The final word will always be up to the next coach (who, it seems, will be Mauricio Pochettino), but, given the age of the central defender, the London emblem does not intend to carry out efforts to keep him.
