This is the Europa League Final 21-22

The finalists of the 2021-22 Europa League have been decided. Eintracht Frankfurt and Rangers will face each other in what is expected to be a fierce encounter at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan, the home ground of one of the great teams in this competition, in Seville. The match will take place on 18th May at 21:00.

To reach the final stage, Eintracht eliminated West Ham United in the semi-finals. A win in England was followed by another victory in Germany.

Finalists Rangers beat fellow German side RB Leipzig 3-1 in their semi-final clash. Their match was the one that attracted the most interest because the Scots had to comeback from a 1-0 deficit.

Previously, Eintracht had knocked out Real Betis in the round of 16 and Barcelona in the quarter-finals. Rangers, on their way to the final, knocked out Borussia Dortmund, Red Star and Sporting Braga in the quarter-finals.
