Thomas Tuchel’s future plans involved Tino Livramento

Post Transfer revelation, Chelsea’s manager Thomas Tuchel involved Tino Livramento in his future plans for the clubs and tried to keep the youngster before he signed a deal with Southampton instead. While there was a lot of internal competition within Blues as well but had Livramento continued to improve Tuchel would have offered a new contract as well. 

A product of Chelsea’s youth academy he even won the academy’s Player of the Year award in 2020. Chelsea then spent months trying to convince him to stay at Stamford Bridge but with Blues, he was fighting for a game-time quite often with Reece James and Cesar Azpilicueta. This season Blues have lost a lot of young players, Tammy Abraham left the Premier League side to join Roma and Fikayo Tomori also signed with AC Milan.
