As he wants to capitalize on last season's Champions League win, Blues owner Roman Abramovich is willing to fund a blockbuster center-forward move. The team is working on deals for Haaland, Harry Kane, and Romelu Lukaku and hopes to complete at least one of them. The Norway international scored a remarkable 41 goals in 41 appearances last season, and also registered 12 assists.
