Real Madrid will not pursue a transfer for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde, who is 23 years old, with Antonio Rudiger allegedly being their top target. Real Madrid's main goal for next summer's transfer window is no longer Jules Kounde. Instead, the Spanish giants will focus on a Bosman deal for Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger.
Jules Kounde joined Sevilla from Bordeaux in July 2019 and has quickly established himself as one of La Liga's top defenders.
Kounde has made 111 appearances for Sevilla, scoring six goals and assisting three times in the process. Some of Europe's greatest teams, including Real Madrid, have taken notice of the player's extraordinary growth. Real Madrid's desire is understandable, given that they only signed one replacement for Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane after their exits in the summer transfer window.
