Turkish portal Fotomac advances on Saturday that Galatasaray is interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo in the winter market, at a time when the Portuguese is leaving Manchester United.
According to the same source, the president of Galatasaray will have asked for a meeting with businessman Jorge Mendes to give an account of the intention to proceed with the hiring of the Portuguese striker. Erdem Timur, leader of the Istanbul club, wants to start negotiations in November.
It is recalled that Galatasaray tried to sign Ronaldo in the summer, but did not reach an agreement with the Portuguese, who is now experiencing a difficult situation at Manchester United.
