Saudi Arabia does not want to give up having the two biggest stars of world football in the last decade competing in its championship.
After Al Nassr paid around 200 million euros a season to Cristiano Ronaldo, two Saudi clubs are willing to raise the stakes and offer even more for the Argentine star.
According to the daily Marca, Al Hilal and Al Ittihad are rivals for the Paris Saint-Germain striker and could reach 350 million euros a year.
However, and as the same source indicates, Lionel Messi seems more inclined to stay at the Parc des Princes and extend his contract with the French champion.
