United reacted to Mason Greenwood's re-arrest

Manchester United reacted Saturday to the detention of player Mason Greenwood. Through the official website, the red devils left a note to give an account of the detailed follow-up of the case.

"Manchester United is following up on the criminal charges that have been brought against Mason Greenwood by the Crown Prosecution Service."

Following the statement, Man. United assured that Greenwood will remain out.

"He remains suspended by the club, awaiting the outcome of the court case," he concluded.

Mason Greenwood was arrested for the first time in January, after accusations by his ex-girlfriend, who shared photographs and videos of the alleged assaults on social media. On Saturday, the Englishman was arrested again after being accused of having come into contact with the alleged victim.
