Argentina was the stage, on Sunday, of a game full of red cards. It all happened at the La Pedrera stadium in San Luis, in the match between Boca Juniors and Racing Club.
The two clubs disputed Troféu de Campeones - which brings together the champion of the Argentine Superliga and the winner of the League Cup -, a match that ended up smiling against Racing by 1-2.
The match between great rivals in Argentine football was hot and started with reds even before the start of extra time. In all, referee Facundo Tello sent off 10 players, seven from Boca Juniors and three from Racing. Given that the Buenos Aires team had less than six players on the field for the game to continue, and the match referee was forced to end the match before the end of extra time.
