Raphael Varane injured his thigh while serving his international duties with the French team in Sunday's UEFA Nations League clash with Spain. Varane would mostly miss Manchester United’s trip to Leicester City and choose to rest after the injury, he was trying to block a cross during the Sunday match and even after making an effort to continue, he realized he needed to be replaced and hence signaled for the same. As per the first examination on his injury, the verdict is he would be unavailable for several days through a battery of tests has been ordered and would help ascertain the extent of his injury to truly have a date for his comeback.
For now, the King Power stadium visit would be without the injured United centre-back, as for the upcoming Liverpool, Tottenham, and Manchester City matches, Red Devils would reveal more details in the future.
