Watford hopes to sign Emmanuel Dennis from Club Brugge

Watford secured promotion to the Premier League in 2020-21. In the bid to return to the top flight tournament Hornets are close to inking a deal with Emmanuel Dennis from Club Brugge. In the hope to stay alive in the top tier, this transfer season they have already signed with Imran Louza, Ashley Fletcher and Danny Rose and are close to inking a deal with the player who holds Champions league experience.

Dennis has been on the Club Brugge’s books since 2017 but spent the latter half of the last season on loan with FC Koln. With the Bundesliga team he failed to score in the 9 appearances but Watford is hopeful he could regain his form in Premier League. Even in the 116 games with the Belgium side, he has scored 29 goals and scored twice for the Nigeria national team.
