Irons are all set to sign Filip Kostic from Eintracht Frankfurt who is set to leave the Bundesliga club soon. The Irons have been keeping tabs on his development within Germany’s top-flight tournament. Kostic moved to Frankfurt in 2019 and has since made 158 appearances and scored 30 goals and 60 assists for the side.
The Serbia international’s contract though would end next summer leaving Frankfurt with an opportunity to cash in on his sale as soon as the transfer window opens. Like West Ham, Roma, Fiorentina, and Inter Milan have all been keeping tabs on his situation at Frankfurt ready to swoop in for the player. The 29-year-old would fetch around £18m from the market for the Bundesliga club.
