Wolverhampton is hoping Roma would put in an offer for Rui Patricio but Wolves would part with the player only at the right price. The goalkeeper was fulfilling his national duties with Portugal in Euro 2020 until recently. Unfortunately, Portugal was eliminated from the competition on Sunday. Jose Mourinho’s Serie A side who had refrained from putting in a formal bid for the player due to Euros is now expected to make a move for the 33-year-old.
The shot-stopper has one more year left in his contract at Molineux and after serving as the first-choice goalkeeper ever since he joined in Summer 2018. He is ready for other opportunities that lie in his future and is valued at £15million after making 127 appearances for the club.
