Zidane: We will come back stronger next season

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is confident his side will be a force again next season - after acknowledging the 2018-19 campaign is set to end quietly for the club.

The Frenchman was speaking after their 1-1 La Liga draw at Leganés on Monday night, and he stated that he wants to see more from his players as he makes decisions on his squad for 2019-20.

"I as a coach need to do better, and so do the players. We know we are not going to win anything this year, and that brings its own challenges".

Zidane was asked about Isco, Gareth Bale and Toni Kroos - however he gave no specific updates on individual players future's in the Spanish capital, but he is going to make signings in the summer.
