Boston Celtics might not have had the cards drawn in their favor before the match. They were down by one game in the Eastern Conference semifinals and did not even have the support of Marcus Smart. Celtics still did not yield to Milwaukee Bucks throughout Game two of the play-offs and leveled the best-of-seven series by 1-1 by winning the second game. Both the teams will now head to Milwaukee for games three and four.
Celtics took control right at the start of the match running to a 7–0 lead over the Bucks and during the match built that lead up to 26 points at one point, Bucks later did try to counter-attack but the Celtics stayed in control throughout the second half. Brown finished with 30 points at the end of the match Jayson Tatum added 29 points 19 of which came in the second half and the duo that had struggled in Game one shined bright in Game 2 to lead the team to a win.
