Grizzlies defeat Clippers 120-108

A big third-quarter performance by Ja Morant saw off Grizzlies to a win against Los Angeles Clippers with 120-108 on Thursday night. Morant scored 17 of his 28-points in the penultimate over and Grizzlies rallied to a win. Paul George led LA with 23 points and six assists, while Reggie Jackson scored 18 points, hitting 4 of 8 3-point attempts. Luke Kennard went 6 of 8 overall and 3 of 4 from 3-point to chip in with 15 points for Clippers in the loss.

Memphis shot 54% in the game and made 11 of 26 from outside the arc and easily got past Clippers defense that is considered one of the best in the league. George and Jackson began converting 3-point while Morant physically took over the Memphis offense to have Grizzlies lead with 94-85 entering the fourth quarter.
