Many Wolves player had a big night on Thursday that saw off New Orleans Pelicans after falling behind at the start of the match. Timberwolves started dominating the match after and held to their lead well into the fourth quarter. This was against all odds as Wolves have the worst winning percentage when leading in the final quarter they even have one of the worst record in the league 7-29.
Wolves were without Malik Beasley who is on a 12-match suspension and D’Angelo Russell who has a knee injury but still they had a big night defensively and offensively. Wolves bench also contributed a lot with Naz Reid and Jaden McDaniels who shoot 10-of-11 from the floor. Karl-Anthony Towns hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer and helped Wolves to 67-60 by halftime.
