The atmosphere in the locker room has fueled rumours that some of the Golden State Warriors' key players may leave for other clubs during the next free agency period. Even before this turmoil in the locker room, there were rumours that the Golden State Warriors would not be able to retain its whole 2022 championship core. In 2023, Andrew Wiggins, Draymond Green, and Jordan Poole will all be eligible for free agency, which means they may decide to leave the team.
Bob Myers, the general manager of the Warriors, has said that although the organization hopes to keep all three players, a lot might hinge on how much money each of them demands. There is no doubt that all three of those players would merit a max deal or one close to it, and if they were to become free agents, other teams would undoubtedly show some interest in them.
