Portland Trail Blazers avenged their 103-113 loss to Memphis Grizzlies by taking them down on Sunday in a close 105-100 win. Portland enjoyed an upper hand in one of the most steaming matches in the NBA, as they registered their second back-to-back win on the road. Damian Lillard followed his season-high 43 point performance against Hornets with 32 points with 9-of-19 shooting and this time Norman Powell complimented him with 28 points on 10-of-16 shooting.
Blazers who are struggling with 13-18 this season overcame their 20 turnovers to Grizzlies who just had eight turnovers and restricted Memphis to 9 of 34 shooting from beyond the Arc. Dillon Brooks’ 37 points effort did not save Memphis from losing the match.
