Australia conclude the series victory following England's batting blunder

Steve Smith laid the stepping stone with his brilliant batting before Mitchell Starc, Adam Zampa and stand-in skipper Josh Hazlewood baffled the English batsmen with their phenomenal bowling. Australia concluded their series win over England with one match to spare after sailing smoothly to a whopping 72-run victory in Sydney.

Steve Smith scored 94 runs off 114 balls, marking his fourth 50-plus touch in as many ODIs, before Mitchell Starc (4 for 47), Adam Zampa (4 for 45) and stand-in skipper Josh Hazlewood (2 for 33) took everyone for a ride with the ball. Sam Billings and James Vince fired half-centuries in a defeating cause for England. David Warner and Travis Head made swift headers for Australia, putting 33 runs off 32 balls for the first wicket, before the former was taken out by Moeen Ali (1 for 24).
