England could be the double white-ball champions of the world

Former England bowler Graham Onions believes England has everything they need for a historic World Cup double. England won the 50-over World Cup last year and can win the T20 World Cup which is scheduled to take place in India in 2021. That would be after England’s three-match T20 series against South Africa that starts soon. Onions shared they have the caliber to perform at the long and short format both and could become the first team to win both the World Cup back to back.

Though India is being favored to win the T20 since it will be their home ground but England has an amazing opportunity at hand which they need to take advantage of. England’s Cricket team is quite strong which is evident when a player like Joe Root was looked over while selecting the 15 man squad for South Africa.
