India should try out new players and let them fail

In the crucial match at The Oval, Australia defeated India by a score of 209 runs. The Asian giants have not claimed a major prize since the 2013 Champions prize, continuing India's struggles in significant ICC competitions. This is true even though the Men in Blue frequently advance to these competitions' semifinals and finals.  The shot choices of the seasoned Indian hitters were scrutinised after their most recent loss. In an effort to play dangerous strokes, many of them lost their wickets.

Some fans and analysts believed that the batsmen' performance may have been harmed by going from IPL to Test mode in a week. Sunil Gavaskar disagreed, telling Sports Today that players with experience like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Cheteshwar Pujara, and Ajinkya Rahane shouldn't offer any justifications. The former India captain said, "Instead of letting the same group of players disappoint on the big stage, India should try out new players and let them fail."
