LSG emerged victorious with a 33-run victory over Gujarat Titans

In the recent Indian Premier League (IPL) match between Gujarat Titans (GT) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), GT skipper Shubman Gill expressed disappointment over his team's batting performance, labeling it as poor despite chasing a supposedly easy target on a batting-friendly pitch. Yash Thakur's pace proved to be challenging for GT, leading LSG to a comprehensive 33-run victory at Ekana Cricket Stadium.

Gill acknowledged their decent start but lamented the loss of wickets in the middle overs, preventing them from recovering. He praised the exceptional performance of their bowlers for restricting LSG to a modest total of around 160. Gill also highlighted the absence of David Miller due to injury, emphasizing Miller's ability to change the game in a few overs. Reflecting on his own dismissal, Gill admitted to miscalculating his shot selection during the powerplay.
