Perth Scorchers claim the fourth Big Bash League title

Englishman Laurie Evans hit an unbeaten 76 from 41 balls as they recuperated from 25-4 to post 171 runs. In their chase Sixers fell short at 92 all out in Melbourne and settled for a big thumping in the final match.
