Punjab wins the Kings battle in IPL

Punjab Kings’s inspiring performance was too much for Chennai Super Kings to handle as they were stumped in the 11th match of the Indian Premier League. The Defending champions lost their third straight match in the tournament and have yet to register a win. Ravinder Jadeja led side decided to bowl first but Liam Livingstone and Shikhar Dhawan powered PBKS to post an intimidating 180 run target for CSK.

In the chase, things did not go as planned for Chennai who was struggling to post numbers right from the first bowl and kept sending in new batters from time to time as debutant Vaibhav Arora and the Mayank Agarwal-led side bundled out the defending champions to 126 runs in 18 overs to enjoy a 54-run run.
