RCB Create IPL History with Perfect Away Record in 2025

Royal Challengers Bengaluru have become the first team in IPL history to win all seven away matches in a single season. They sealed this record with a thrilling 6-wicket win over LSG, chasing a massive 228-run target. Jitesh Sharma starred with a stunning 85* off 33 balls, helping RCB complete their highest successful chase with 8 balls to spare. 

The game had dramatic moments, including a backfoot no-ball that denied Digvesh Rathi a wicket and a mankading appeal later withdrawn by LSG skipper Rishabh Pant. RCB’s away dominance started with a win over KKR at Eden Gardens and included victories over CSK, MI, RR, PBKS, DC, and LSG at their respective home grounds. As the team eyes its first IPL trophy, they will face PBKS in Qualifier 1 on May 29.
