"Sarfaraz will not play now," PAK Bowler Rizwan

Pakistan recently had to suffer a six-wicket loss in their first T20I of the series against England. The Jos Buttler-led Brit squad will be playing seven T20Is in Pakistan, as Babar Azam's lads forage for a powerful return after the loss in the final of the Asia Cup 2022 earlier in September. Pakistan had experienced a 23-run beating in the title clash against Sri Lanka, as people doubted and second-guessed there batting order. While the shortage of runs in the middle-order is still a primary concern for the Pakistani team, the rate of run-scoring among openers Babar and Mohammad Rizwan was also doubted. 

Former Pakistan cricketer Sikander Bakht recently stated a massive claim that Sarfaraz is unlikely to rep Pakistan because Rizwan has stated that he “won't let him return.”
