South Africa to use England and Australian tested model for Captaincy.

South African team is looking for a convenor of selection before going forward with selecting the captain for the Test squad, Head coach Mark Boucher shared the Proteas team might follow England and Australia model by appointing different skippers so the current captain of the limited-overs squad, Quinton de Kock might not lead the Test squad.

Previously Faf du Plessis led the South African team in all three formats. However, Boucher believes having different players will help in coming up with different plans as they would have a lot more free time for a focused approach and would not be burdened with all the things at once. Even De Kock seemed to agree with the view.
