Sri Lanka made a comeback from behind after losing 3 wickets with just 8 runs on the table to fight back for control to destroy Ireland by 70 runs to frolic into the Super 12 of the ICC T20 Cricket World Cup 2021. The key player to turn things around was Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva who crushed 71 off 47 balls and Pathum Nissanka 61 off 47 at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
