Sunrisers get the most out of their meeting with Punjab

Kane Williamson led Sunrisers Hyderabad took out Punjab Kings at the D Y Patil stadium in Navi Mumbai. The pace bowlers put on a superb showing as Hyderabad once again routed Punjab by seven wickets to maintain their winning run in IPL 2022. Punjab faced the wrath of Young Umran Malik as the player proceeded to record 4/28 and seasoned pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar took out three wickets himself giving away 22 runs.

Punjab ended up losing their last five wickets without adding a single run in just seven balls. Liam Livingstone did power Punjab with a quick 60 from 33 balls, but soon after he folded the lower order collapsed as well, Rahul Chahar and Vaibhav Arora went for ducks as Malik grabbed their wicket. Punjab then went with 151 runs.
