Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Chennai Super Kings by 6 wickets

In a thrilling match, Abhishek Sharma's explosive innings of 37 runs off just 12 deliveries, including four sixes, set the stage for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) as they chased down the target with ease against Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Aiden Markram's composed 50 off 36 balls further anchored the run chase, supported by Travis Head's brisk 31 off 24 balls.

Abhishek's aggressive start, particularly targeting Mukesh Chaudhary, who struggled in his first game, propelled SRH into a dominant position early on. Despite a brief setback with Abhishek's dismissal, Head and Markram formed a solid partnership, guiding SRH to a comfortable position with a 60-run stand for the second wicket. CSK's chances suffered early on when Moeen Ali dropped Head off the bowling of Deepak Chahar. Despite efforts to contain the run flow, SRH continued to dominate, reaching the 100-run mark in the ninth over. Markram's powerful hitting, including a massive six off Ravindra Jadeja, further bolstered SRH's position.
