Helmut Marko has issued a warning to Daniel Ricciardo amid the intense competition for the 2025 Red Bull seat alongside Max Verstappen. Ricciardo's recent struggles, being outqualified by Yuki Tsunoda in consecutive races, have raised concerns. Tsunoda extended his qualifying advantage over Ricciardo to half a second in Saudi Arabia, where neither Red Bull driver scored points due to issues like a lengthy pit stop and a penalty for Tsunoda. Despite Red Bull's initial expectations of challenging in the F1 midfield, their junior team faces a disappointing start to the season. 

While Sergio Perez secures back-to-back runner-up results, the internal battle for the Red Bull Racing seat intensifies, with Tsunoda emerging as a strong contender, impressing Marko with his qualifying performances. Ricciardo is urged to rebound swiftly to remain in contention.
