AC Milan hold an interest in young Argentine defender Aaron Anselmino

AC Milan have expressed interest in the young Argentine defender Aaron Anselmino, who currently showcases his talents at Boca Juniors and has drawn comparisons to Matthijs de Ligt. According to Milan News, the 18-year-old's promising performances have caught the attention of Milan, potentially making him a valuable asset for the future.

Anselmino appears to be among the most promising talents emerging from Argentina, with his development within Boca Juniors adding to his pedigree. Although his contract with the club extends until the summer of 2028, there exists a €20m release clause. Anselmino made his debut for Boca's first team in June 2023, stepping in from the bench to replace an injured teammate, and has since featured in seven matches. Standing tall as a right-footed defender, Anselmino exhibits a style reminiscent of Matthijs de Ligt of Bayern Munich or even Robin Le Normand of Real Sociedad.
