Angel Di Maria expresses interest in Barcelona move

The ex-Real Madrid forward Angel Di Maria is hoping to make his way back to La Liga by the next campaign. His contract with Paris Saint-Germain is set to expire by next month leaving him no chance but to join the free agency this summer. The move would mark an end to a rich seven-year career with PSG where the 34-year-old Argentine had scored 93 goals in 295 appearances and helped the side with five league titles among other several other domestic honors.

Both the parties are set to part ways this summer and the superstar is being linked to a move to Atletico Madrid and Barcelona. The Catalans are reportedly also targeting Robert Lewandowski, Cesar Azpilicueta, and Marcos Alonso but would steer clear of signing a lot of older players.
