Arsenal lost to City

Partey was not able to make any huge impact after his coming off the bench on Saturday. The midfielder was named as a substitute for the trip to face City. He was signed from Atletico Madrid on transfer deadline day last week only. After joining the Gunners, Partey instantly departed the club to join up with the Ghana national side. This means that he didn't get sufficient time to train with his new side. This week, he has been in training with Arteta's side. However, Atreta was not ready to start this weekend. Arteta explained his point of view of leaving Partey on the bench after the game. He delineated that the center-midfielder needs a lot of time to learn the system.
