Barcelona came back from a goal behind to beat Porto 2-1

In a gripping Champions League clash, Barcelona showed a remarkable comeback, overturning an initial goal deficit to defeat Porto and secure their berth in the coveted Champions League last 16. The turning point occurred when Brazilian winger Pepe capitalized on a rebound, propelling Porto into the lead after 30 minutes. Yet, the advantage was short-lived as Joao Cancelo swiftly equalized with a breathtaking curling strike just two minutes later.

Porto's goalkeeper, Inaki Pena, showcased his prowess with several notable saves, but Barcelona surged ahead in the 56th minute, courtesy of Joao Felix's decisive goal. Barcelona's qualification from Group H is now guaranteed, with both Porto and Shakhtar Donetsk trailing by three points and set to face off in their final group stage encounter. While Barcelona hasn't clinched the group's top position, avoiding defeat against the point-less Royal Antwerp in their last match will secure their leadership.
