Barcelona has completed the signing of Inigo Martinez

According to the Spanish journalist, the centre back and Barça have struck a comprehensive pre-agreement, and when his contract expires, he will join the Catalans for free. The player just passed the Barcelona medical exam, and his contract's essential terms have been completed. But, Barcelona is unsure if they will be allowed to register him. In order to decrease their summer payroll by more than €200 million, they must make no summer signings at this time.

However, if Barcelona is unable to register Inigo, a condition in his contract states that he will be loaned out to another team. Yet his pay will stay the same. Inigo has been on the blaugrana's radar for a few months, and the club has been attempting to finalize his deal over the course of the previous two unusual transfer windows.
