Bayern Munich is keeping an eye on two potential Neuer substitutes

At 38 years old, Manuel Neuer is still the captain of Bayern Munich, and, as he reminded everyone during the previous year's Champions League campaign, he is one of the most feared goalkeepers in the world in crucial games. While Neuer has started five games in the 2024–25 Bundesliga season and 23 matches for Bayern Munich the previous season, his play is statistically falling dramatically. In the 2024–2025 season, he only stopped two-thirds of the shots he faced, and in 2024–2025, that number drops to 50%.
