Bologna and Verona grab one point each

Bologna and Hellas Verona drew up 2-2 in the Serie A match-up for the mid-table fight. Rodrigo Palacio leveled at the end of the saw at the 82nd minute to salvage a draw for Bologna against Verona. Palacio first found a cross with his outstretched leg and rescued a point by scoring his fifth goal of the season. Verona took an early lead in the second minute itself when Davide Faraoni slotted home after he found the ball in the box.

Lorenzo De Silvestri forced a comeback by making it 1-1 at exactly half an hour when he turned a low cross in from close range. Nikola Kalinic then later restored Verona's lead by scoring in the 53rd minute. Kalinic pushed the ball past Bologna’s goalkeeper by scoring from a tight angle at the near post for his 40th career league goal.
