Borussia Dortmund Collapsed to Köln by 3-2

It was a difficult period for Borussia Dortmund. After the initial 45 minutes of the match against FC Köln, one could have easily assumed that the same would transpire. It was already 1-0 to the Billy Goats thanks to Julian Brandt's strike. Unfortunately, Köln capitalized on the mistake. After Dortmund's ignition had deteriorated, Baumgart's men found the net with a well-placed cross from Linton Maina. With plenty of time to shoot, Karim Adeyemi darted past Thomas Meunier and ended up on the way to beating Florian Kainz. The Tiggenator was able to charge past the near post, wriggle free of Nico Schlotterbeck, and flick the ball perfectly into the net, scoring as many Bundesliga goals as Anthony Modeste on the season.

With just over 20 minutes remaining, Edin Terzic made an unsavory substitution for Salih Özcan. It was an aggressive substitution that left Dortmund vulnerable at the back, particularly in the attacking half.
