Bundesliga: Musiala shines as Bayern Munich defeats Leipzig 4-1

Jamal Musiala came off the bench to score one goal and assist another as Bayern Munich defeated RB Leipzig 4-1 in the Bundesliga. Kevin Kampl was found to have handled the ball in the 12th minute, and the visitor was awarded a penalty. From the penalty spot, Robert Lewandowski made no mistake, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way and shooting the ball low to the right.

Before the break, Leipzig had several chances to equalize, but full-back Angelino went wide with the goal at his mercy, and Dani Olmo had a fantastic attempt turned over the bar by Manuel Neuer as the half came to a conclusion. Serge Gnabry's injury forced him to be replaced by Musiala, and the 18-year-old German international scored just over a minute into the second half when Alphonso Davies whipped in a pass for him to fire into the net.
