Charles De Ketelaere is an interesting target for Arsenal

In his first season with the Rossoneri, the 23-year-old Belgian star found it difficult to adjust to Serie A. However, under Gian Piero Gasperini, he has found a new lease of life in Bergamo, where he has scored 10 goals and provided seven assists in 33 appearances in all competitions. Last summer, De Ketelaere signed a season-long loan agreement with Atalanta from Milan that contained a €26 million buyout option and a potential selling clause. It seems probable that this will be triggered prior to the summer transfer window.

According to Fichajes via Caught Offside, Arteta is closely monitoring the gifted Belgian striker in advance of the summer transfer window because he sees De Ketelaere as a "valuable" player who has the potential to "make the difference" at Arsenal. The 23-year-old has also been linked to Manchester United; he would seem to suit well with Arteta's North London setup.
