Could PSG’s Kylian Mbappé be left out of the Coupe de France final?

The Frenchman has been used sparingly in the league in recent months, ever since he announced his upcoming departure to Nasser Al-Khelaifi in February.

Mbappé played his final game at the Parc des Princes last weekend, netting PSG’s only goal in a 3-1 defeat against Toulouse FC. However, he was left out of the matchday squad entirely against Metz, with the Coupe de France final against Olympique Lyonnais this coming weekend in mind.

Luis Enrique responded: “I count on all of my players, as I have throughout the season. It is a great week, some players have played, others have not,” began the Spaniard.

He added, “This week, we will see who is ready, who isn’t and who wants it more. The Coupe de France is very important for us.” Mbappé’s participation in the Coupe de France final in Lille on Saturday is now in doubt.
