Everton drew with Leicester 1-1

Harvey Barnes shot a goal giving the visitors an early first-half lead. But Richarlison deflected a shot in the fifth minute of extra time. Now, Frank Lampard’s side is four points clear of a Burnley in the Premier League’s relegation zone before they face Southampton. Lampard has been honest about Everton’s last season’s mistakes yet he is equally to be blamed as he couldn’t manage to address some of the fixable mistakes. 

Lampard’s switches were worthy as Salomon Rondon and Dele Alli’s second-half cameos resulted in a good leveler. The pair merged for Richarlison’s late strike. Lampard’s readiness to yoke deleterious figures in his clan has several perks but he should learn how he can utilize them the best. In the starting 45 minutes, Leicester got all the freedom to move the ball freely.
