Everton enter the race to sign Tottenham and Leicester target Amir Richardson

According to L’Équipe, Everton are the latest Premier League club to enter the race to sign Reims midfielder Amir Richardson (22) during the summer transfer window. 

Richardson is attracting the interest of several clubs in England. Foot Mercato reports that Tottenham have been evaluating the midfielder’s performances at the Olympics representing Morroco. In addition, The Athletic understand that the 22-year-old has emerged as a potential target for Leicester City. The Reims player also has admirers in Italy.

L’Équipe understands that that interested list of clubs interested in the Morrocan continues to grow. Everton are not the only club to enter the race. They have been joined by Fiorentina and Ajax who are also interested in a potential move. Reims are set to command a fee in the region of €12m for the midfielder. Interested parties have already sent offers to the Ligue 1 club worth an estimated €9m excluding bonuses.
