Manchester United seals three points with a win over Newcastle on Sunday in Premier League. The Red Devils climb into second place with a 3-1 finish at Old Trafford. They went ahead within 30 minutes but conceded one within the next six minutes in the second half they scored twice 20 minutes apart to end the week on a high. Marcus Rashford opened the score with a solo run but later did not do much rest of the match.
Allan Saint-Maximin later canceled the score by leveling the playing field but Newcastle's was leaving in fear of being dragged into the relegation zone in the second half when Daniel James's netted once for the Red Devils and Bruno Fernandes’ 22nd goal of the season put them ahead. Jose Mourinho's Tottenham were beaten by fourth-placed West Ham 2-1 on the same night.
