Ferran Torres undergoes medical examination at Barça

Ferran Torres, 21, has already passed Barça's medical exam and the official announcement is expected shortly. The Valencian striker arrived at Hospital do Barcelona before 9 am to pass the various tests accompanied by the security guards of the Barça club. The player has been there for about two hours and later followed the physical tests at Ciutat Esportiva. Upon leaving the hospital, he declared to be "very happy" with his arrival in Barcelona.

Once this process is finished, the hiring of the international striker will be confirmed, who will become the second addition to Xavi Hernández's team in this winter market after the hiring of Dani Alves.

Ferran Torres is scheduled to appear this Tuesday at Camp Nou after signing his new contract, which in principle will run until June 2027. The Valencian arrives from Manchester City in exchange for a further 55 million euros.
