Galtier confirms that Messi is leaving PSG

Christophe Galtier confirmed on Thursday that Lionel Messi will leave PSG at the end of the season. In a press conference, previewing the match against Clermont, the coach of the Paris club praised the Argentine star.

"I had the privilege of mentoring the best player in the history of football," Galtier began by saying, continuing.

"The observations and criticisms of Messi I do not consider justified at all. Leo was decisive 41 times in a season with a World Cup in between. For the coach that I am, it was a great privilege not to train him, but to accompany him throughout this season," explained the PSG coach.

Therefore, Messi will play his last game with the PSG jersey and say goodbye to the Parisians fans. The future remains an open question, with three scenarios in sight: Al Hilal, Inter Miami or... returning to Barcelona.
